Hello mga kaibigan (friends)! My name is Alyna and I am one of Embark’s new YouTube Content Coordinator! Before we spend some quality time together on YouTube, let me tell you about myself.

I spent the first half of my life in the Philippines, where you’ll find the lushest farms, the coolest surf spots, and the sweetest mangoes. We practiced sustainability in a lot of creative ways, usually through repurposing used materials. It’s great to be part of a team that values incorporating sustainability into every aspect of daily living, while also recognizing the fact that it doesn’t look the same for everybody.

Now, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science. I absolutely love what I learn. My intention is to always be connected and present with our natural world through learning about it, exploring, and doing my best to live in a way that takes care of it.
