SFU Surrey Career Night – Climate Emergency

March 2, 2020 @ 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Say welcome to our first Surrey edition of the oh-so-popular Career Night ! ***

It is time to explore ‘Climate Emergency’ at this Sustainability Career Night. The City of Surrey has declared a Climate Emergency, but what does it look like to be working towards climate solutions across different sectors? This event is to give you, as a student, a taste of the types of career paths out there that could affect positive change for our climate. Expect an evening of inspiring stories from outstanding professionals within the Surrey community AND you’ll have an opportunity to network, and dive into deeper meaningful dialogue as you seek answers to your sustainable career questions.

Career Night is an opportunity for students from SFU, KPU & CityLab Alumni to learn from professionals championing sustainability in various fields. Speakers will share their innovative journeys followed by a space for networking and for students to find answers to their career-related questions.

Light snacks will be provided. RSVP required! Must present a valid BC post-secondary student ID.
