DESCRIPTION:Want to know more about what it means to be on Embark’s board of directors and the responsibilities that are common across all non-profits?  \nWe’re welcoming you to our board orientation either Monday\, February 3rd or Wednesday\, February 5th! (Scroll down for Application Details) \nLearn more about the very high-level board responsibilities and what the Embark board specifically does\, as well as what Embark boards have achieved in the past. \nIf you’re not able to make either of these sessions\, contact executive@embarksustainability.org to set up an in-person orientation! \nApplication Details: \n– Attend an orientation (or schedule a 1 on 1 with Board Chair if you cannot attend)\n– Prepare a 2 minute speech or video for the Annual General Meeting on February 24th (starts at 5:30pm) \nApplications must be received no later than February 9th\, 2020\, at 11:59 pm. \nSee all available opportunities here
