This workshop is designed to provide a safe space for participants to process the weight of environmental distress through the powerful art of poetry. Whether you are an experienced writer or a first-time poet\, you’ll have the opportunity to craft verses that help you cope with eco-grief and its emotional toll. \nThe facilitator will guide participants through thought-provoking prompts related to climate equity\, environmental justice\, and personal healing. You are welcome to bring a poem in progress or create something new. \nAt the end of the session\, you will be invited to share your work in an open\, supportive atmosphere. The small\, informal “stage” will offer a platform to voice your feelings and reflections\, creating a collective space for healing through words.
